Business immigration — what you should know

  • Every business immigration engagement begins with the paid feasibility assessment: EUR 600.00 plus VAT where legally applicable. This also applies to a direct enquiry about Essential, Complete or Premium if the assessment has not yet been carried out.
  • A package enquiry is not a direct engagement of Phase 2 — it expresses your interest in the respective package.
  • This enquiry does not conclude a contract . You will first receive an individual quote with the binding total price.
  • The assessment only begins after acceptance of the quote, compliance check and payment.
  • If you opt for Essential, Complete or Premium after the feasibility assessment, the EUR 600.00 is credited in full against the fee of the chosen package.
  • A guarantee of success or assurance of official decisions is not the subject of the assessment.

Please do not send identity documents, certificates, contracts or other sensitive documentsvia this form. After your enquiry we agree a secure channel with you for transmitting documents.

Address and mail service

The scope of mail reception, delivery authorisations, forwarding, digitisation and the handling of official or court documents are expressly set out in the respective contract.

On submission, your email app opens with the completed enquiry to office@max-solutions.eu — your details are not stored on a server of this website and are not transmitted to third parties.
