Discovery Residence
Your base in 1200 Vienna
As part of Vienna Discovery with Residence, MAXsolutions provides an apartment for up to four people — Webergasse 15, 1200 Vienna.

The apartment is currently being prepared for our guests and is under renovation. Photos and further details will follow once the renovation is complete.
Facilities according to the current concept
- accommodation for up to four people
- fully equipped apartment with kitchen
- living area and sleeping facilities for a maximum of four people
- basic equipment for a one-week stay
- location in 1200 Vienna, close to the centre
The final scope of facilities will be published once the renovation is complete.
Residence
The stay is generally designed for up to seven days: 7 days in Vienna — individually organised. The price is the price for the organised Discovery programme including the agreed scope of services — not merely a rental price for the apartment.
The specific conditions of stay are set out in the individual quote.
Your programme
Thematic worlds instead of a standard route
Vienna Discovery is not a package tour with a fixed route. Your programme is tailored from thematic worlds — according to your interests and the decisions you want to make after your stay.
Business & Austria
Company formation and business immigration, the Austrian business environment, a meeting at MAXsolutions, business address and mail service — on request, meeting relevant cooperation partners subject to prior agreement and availability. Tax matters via licensed tax advisors, legal matters via licensed lawyers.
Living in Vienna
Vienna's districts and possible residential areas, housing situation and housing costs, public transport, local amenities, healthcare system and everyday infrastructure.
Family & Education
Kindergartens, Austrian and international schools, suitable residential areas for families, leisure options and practical questions of family life. On request, coordination of school visits or meetings where the respective institution allows.
For families with older children, also visits to universities in Vienna — such as the University of Vienna, Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), the Medical University, the University of Applied Arts or private universities such as Sigmund Freud Private University — on request coordination of campus tours, meetings or information events, plus an overview of admission, study conditions and costs.
Culture & Lifestyle
Historic city centre, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg, Ringstrasse, State Opera, City Hall, Karlsplatz, Schönbrunn, Viennese coffee-house culture, markets, museums, green spaces and the Vienna Woods — according to your cultural priorities.
On request also events in Vienna and across Austria: concerts at the Musikverein, Konzerthaus and State Opera, the Viennese ball season (e.g. Opera Ball, Philharmonic Ball, Coffee House Owners' Ball), Wiener Festwochen, the Salzburg and Bregenz Festivals, as well as sports events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Spielberg (Red Bull Ring), football at the Red Bull Arena Salzburg, the Hahnenkamm races in Kitzbühel or the Erste Bank Open tennis tournament in Vienna — depending on dates and availability.
Relocation & Administration
Registration form, ID Austria, driving-licence matters, banks, insurance and the structure of Austrian authorities — orientation and practical preparation for a move.
Additional modules
Real estate orientation with selected viewings subject to availability, coordinated business meetings with tax advisors, notary, legal advisors or banks, and a personal relocation plan after the stay — each individually agreeable.
No standard programme
Your programme is created before you arrive
The essential difference from a tourist trip to Vienna: before your stay, we clarify with you what you want to decide — and tailor the programme accordingly.
What we clarify with you in advance
- Why are you interested in Austria — business, private relocation or both?
- Are you travelling alone or with family? Age of the children, preferred types of school?
- Which company is planned, which residential areas are preferred?
- Is there an interest in real estate? What are your cultural and leisure interests?
- Which administrative questions exist?
- Which decisions should you be able to make after the stay?
What you take away at the end
At the end you should not only have seen Vienna but have a solid basis for decisions: a personal closing meeting — and on request a Discovery Summary, a brief written summary with your priorities, suitable next steps, open points and the housing, family, business and immigration topics together with the recommended way forward.
The Discovery Summary is an organisational summary — not a legal or tax assessment.
