How does the source of funds have to be documented?
Capital transfers from India must be documented in a traceable way. We structure the evidence so that bank and authority accept it. Information on the ownership structure, beneficial owners and source of funds is part of the requirements on the client side.
Who prepares the business plan for the authority?
For self-employed key workers, the authority assesses the overall economic benefit. With us, the business plan comes from the tax advisory group (steuerexperten.at) — not from a template.
Can I start the process from India?
Yes. The feasibility assessment is delivered in writing; advice is given in German or English. We schedule certifications in India and appointments in Vienna so that no deadline is missed. Applications and appointments must be attended in person where legally required.
How long does the route from India to Vienna take?
Based on experience with complete documents: approx. 2–4 weeks until the GmbH is entered in the commercial register and approx. 2–3 months until the decision on the residence permit. These are not binding commitments; the actual duration depends in particular on authorities, banks, courts and the notary.
What does the first step cost?

Do I receive an assurance that the Red-White-Red Card will be granted?
No. Residence permits, commercial register entries, trade licences and bank accounts are decided solely by the competent authorities, courts and banks. Legal advice is provided exclusively by professionals authorised to do so; we coordinate.
