Paid feasibility assessment for business immigration to Austria

MAX Solutions in Vienna offers a paid feasibility assessment as the first step of every business immigration mandate: EUR 600 plus VAT, a written short assessment with four clear statements, credited in full when Essential, Complete or Premium is commissioned. Not a free initial consultation — a paid result before you invest time and money.

Consultation on the feasibility assessment in Vienna

In brief

What is the feasibility assessment?

The feasibility assessment is a separate, paid service of the business consultancy MAX Solutions GmbH, Vienna. Before any further step, it answers the question whether your project — company formation, residence permit or both — is a realistic option as things currently stand. It is based solely on the information and documents you provide.

EUR 600

Fee

plus VAT where legally due. Payment before the assessment begins. Credited in full when one of the three packages is commissioned.

4 statements

Written result

Realistic yes or no, missing documents, recommended route — or the explicit recommendation not to pursue the project.

Advising against a project is also a full result of the assessment — and often the most economically valuable one.

Scope of the assessment

What is examined and what you receive

Nine points of examination

  • education and qualifications
  • professional experience
  • planned activity in Austria
  • business model
  • structure and shareholdings
  • capital and source of funds
  • possible residence pathways
  • identifiable legal and economic obstacles
  • missing documents

The written short assessment

  • whether your project is a realistic option as things currently stand — yes or no
  • which documents and evidence are missing
  • which route we recommend
  • where applicable, the explicit recommendation not to pursue the project

The feasibility assessment is an economic and organisational evaluation, not legal advice.

How it works

From enquiry to written result

01

Enquiry

You submit your enquiry via the contact form. The enquiry does not yet create a contract; documents are deliberately not accepted through the form.

02

Individual offer

You receive an individual offer with the binding total price including VAT. Consumers are informed of the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

03

Identity and compliance check, payment

The assessment begins after acceptance of the offer, completion of the identity and compliance check, full payment of the fee and receipt of the required information. We agree a secure channel with you for transmitting documents.

04

Written short assessment

You receive the result in writing. If you then choose Essential, Complete or Premium, the EUR 600 is credited in full against the package fee.

From India

Start the feasibility assessment from India

The feasibility assessment is delivered in writing and advice is given in German or English — you do not need to travel to Vienna for it. For Indian applicants, three points are typically decisive and already become visible in the assessment:

01

Apostille and translations

Indian documents require an apostille and certified translations for Austria. The assessment tells you in advance which documents are needed in which form.

02

Source of funds

Capital transfers from India must be traceably documented — bank and authority must accept the evidence.

03

Business plan

For the self-employed key worker, the authority examines the macroeconomic benefit. With us, the business plan comes from the tax advisory group steuerexperten.at.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about the feasibility assessment

Who offers a paid feasibility assessment for business immigration to Austria?

MAX Solutions GmbH, a business consultancy in 1010 Vienna, offers the feasibility assessment as the mandatory first step of every business immigration mandate — for company formation, residence permits and relocation to Austria, in particular for applicants from India. Specialist responsibility lies with Mag. Dr. Rainer Maria Kratochwill, LL.M., tax advisor and business consultant.

Is a paid feasibility assessment worth it before business immigration?

The assessment creates clarity before you invest time and money in a project: you learn in writing whether your project is realistic, which documents are missing and which route is recommended. Advising against a project is also a full result — and often the most economically valuable one. When a package is commissioned, the fee is credited in full.

Is the feasibility assessment a free initial consultation?

No. The feasibility assessment is a separate, paid service. The fee is EUR 600.00 plus VAT where legally due. The total price including VAT applicable to your case is stated in the individual offer before the contract is concluded.

What exactly do I receive as a result?

A written short assessment with four statements: whether your project is a realistic option as things currently stand, which documents and evidence are missing, which route we recommend and, where applicable, the explicit recommendation not to pursue the project.

Can I commission the feasibility assessment from India?

Yes. The feasibility assessment is delivered in writing; advice is given in German or English. We schedule certifications in India and appointments in Vienna so that no deadline is missed. Applications and appointments must be attended in person where legally required.

When does the feasibility assessment begin?

After acceptance of the individual offer, completion of the identity and compliance check, full payment of the fee and receipt of the information required for the assessment.

Is the feasibility assessment fee credited?

Yes. If you choose Essential, Complete or Premium after the feasibility assessment, the EUR 600.00 is credited in full against the fee of the chosen package. The credit applies only to the MAX Solutions fee, not to third-party costs. There is no entitlement to a follow-up mandate.

Is the feasibility assessment legal advice?

No. MAX Solutions provides business consulting services. The feasibility assessment is an economic and organisational evaluation. Legal advice and legal representation — in particular in proceedings before the authorities — as well as tax advice are provided exclusively by professionals authorised to do so; we establish the contact and coordinate.
